This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for JD Edwards applications (financials, distributions, capital assets, job costs, procurements) including customizations
- Work closely with business managers and end users to understand their processes and procedures and recommend improvements
- Perform system configurations and coordinate with in-house development resources to affect delivery per stated functional specifications
- Test and document JDE application customizations
- Daily user support and troubleshooting
- Prepare documentation and end user training as required
- Participate in project discussions
- Maintain and develop reports/dashboards
- Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Significant business systems experience
- Significant JD Edwards or equivalent ERP experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and financial management
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
