Job Description
As a Client Service Representative, your role is to assist clients in understanding investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement options. You will be the advocate for clients, providing them with the best possible solution for their needs through inbound calls.
To ensure your success, we offer paid training at the Schwab Service Academy. You will also have the opportunity to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about finance, enjoy working in a team environment, and have a desire to serve clients.
Compensation
We offer a competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation for this role is $46,400 during training (increased based on related experience). You will also have an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. With the required licensing and performance-based pay increases, you have the potential to increase your total compensation to $53,000 ($48,400 base + 10% bonus opportunity) within your first year.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous client relationship experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited university
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Passion for serving clients and eagerness to learn about finance
- Motivation to learn about the securities industry, including the basic principles of equity, option, and mutual fund transactions
- Strong communication, influencing, and client engagement skills
- Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Proven success in navigating multiple computer applications
