Financial Planning Analyst – South Bend, IN

The Finance Director is willing to mentor a candidate, so this is a great learning experience for a candidate with the following requirements:

§ Three to five years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.

§ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or finance is required.

§ Strong Excel experience.

§ Must be able to communicate and discuss financial concepts with a
group of highly diverse individuals varying in age, financial acumen,
and language levels.

§ Desire to learn multiple systems and to develop new skills.

Responsibilities:

· Participates in Financial Planning, forecasting, and analytics for various locations.

· Analyze capital spending and strategic initiatives.

· Coordinate annual insurance renewals for various properties and locations.

· Manage the credit card program.

· Monthly bank reconciliations.

· Month end closing duties.
