Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Planner at Boston Retirement Group. As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial planning services to clients. This includes conducting thorough financial assessments, developing customized financial plans, and helping clients navigate their investment options. In addition, you will provide guidance on retirement planning and assist clients in creating a roadmap towards their financial goals. While the role is primarily located in Waltham, MA, there is flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and Personal Financial Planning
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
• Experience in Finance and Retirement Planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
• Familiarity with financial planning software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
