Financial Paraplanner

We are seeking a professional and highly motivated individual to join a female-led boutique financial planning firm. This position is expected to nurture the existing relationships the firm has with its clients to continue building trusting, honest and real relationships that will hopefully last a lifetime.

The role of a Client Service Specialist or Paraplanner with Nurtured Wealth is to work with client relationships of the firm as well as the team at Nurtured Wealth, to honor these relationships by assisting with client service, education, and account maintenance.

Duties:

• Data gathering and analysis to develop financial plans

• Actively work to service existing clients

• Prepare reporting, agenda and other materials for client meetings

• Monitor and follow up on all action items from client meetings

• Prepare and complete new client account and transfer paperwork

• Respond to client inquiries or requests in a timely fashion

• Coordinating client meeting schedules and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years related experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• Series 7 and 66 are preferred

• CA insurance certification is preferred

• Must be able to pass federal securities mandated credit and background checks

• Attention to detail, multi-tasking and excellent time management skills

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients

• Project management and collaboration– this role must be a self-starter, motivated to make a plan and follow through

• Flexibility and agility – client dynamics are ever-changing and require this role to be flexible and agile

• Organization skills are essential to this role

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

• Reliability and comfort with being a team player and doing whatever is needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
