Job description

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NSTC GREAT LAKES.Qualifications: FOR THE GS 9
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identify, analyze, and resolve a range of budgetary problems; 2) Perform FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT actions to include reconciling, certifying invoices, perform audits, and pulling various reports; 3) Perform technical work in support of budget analysis and administration such as maintain ledgers, compiling, consolidating, checking, and arranging funding data; 4) Knowledge of administrative and FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT systems.
GS-07
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Enter and process various accounting/budget actions; 2) Perform FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT functions to examine, verify, maintain, and reconcile accounts and accounting data; 3) Apply and adhering to the policies and procedures applicable to FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT operations

FOR THE GS 9
master's or equivalent graduate degree

or

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.B. or J.D., if related
FOR THE GS 7
1 full year of graduate level education

or

superior academic achievement
