Job Summary:

The Financial & Impact Analyst Assistant collaborates closely with the financial department to develop analytical tools and data insights. The Financial Analyst is an integral part of the 4P Foods Finance Team. That .

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Metrics Development and Reporting: Maintain and enhance weekly and monthly business metrics reports, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Assist in the creation and implementation of impactful qualitative and quantitative impact metrics, ensuring comprehensive reporting systems are in place.
• Grant Management and Impact Measurement: Support grant management activities, working collaboratively with partners to assess impact and fulfill reporting requirements. Contribute to the development of grant proposals and measure the effectiveness of grant-funded initiatives.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Review monthly Profit and Loss statements, providing insights on performance against forecasts. Prepare quarterly and annual reports for investors and funders, showcasing the financial health and impact of 4P Foods.
• Research and Business Development Support: Conduct research on pertinent topics to inform strategic initiatives. Provide analytical support for business development projects, assisting in proposal development and evaluation.
• Collaborative Support Functions: Assist various departments with different financial and impact reporting unique to stakeholders. Assist with inventory management system and contribute to end-of-month inventory valuation processes. Support the Communications Team in amplifying the organization's impact narrative.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• A four-year bachelor’s degree in business analytics, business management, data science, or a related field, or minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, data analysis, and Google suite, especially Drive, Docs, Calendar, Forms, and Sheets. Experience in or ability to learn inventory management systems and our eCommerce system. Experience with PowerBI a plus. Willing to seek out and self-teach technological details.
• Good written and oral communication skills; a demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages to stakeholder groups with varied interests.
• Familiarity with unconventional financing methods (e.g., Program-Related Investments, tax credit-based financing) is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

• Flexible work schedule (which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance is necessary.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more without assistance.
