POSITION SUMMARY
Strategies for Wealth Management is seeking a skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our esteemed wealth management firm. In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive customer support to our clients and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Your attention to detail, effective communication, and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our firm.
ABOUT STRATEGIES FOR WEALTH MANAGEMENT

OBJECTIVES
- Assist in managing client relationships by scheduling appointments, preparing client documents and coordinating client communications.
- Maintain the office environment by handling incoming calls, managing emails, and overseeing office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings and events for financial advisors, ensuring schedules are optimized.
- Communicate with clients regarding administrative matters, appointment reminders, and required documentation.
COMPETENCIES
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- Experience utilizing Zoom is a must.
- Experience with scheduling one-on-one appointments with clients is highly preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- GED or High School diploma preferred
- Prior customer facing experience is preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with sitting for long periods
