Job Description:
- Large portion of role will be placing outbound calls and research apart of a vendor verification project
- Will be supporting lease side of the business
- Provides customer support to internal and external customers.
- Processes financial transactions with attention to detail and a high level of quality.
- Taking inbound calls from customers who have questions about their transactions or outstanding transfers.
- Respond to customer calls related to financial inquiries and technical assistance requests.
- Process audit confirmations and/or calculates leasing contract buyouts.
- This position will have a mix of phone, email, and mail requests that come in regarding Lease, Loan, and Cash Management services.
- Responds to customer calls related to financial inquiries and technical assistance requests.
- Utilizes case tracking system to track and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Executes transactions in accordance with instructions from internal and external customers.
- Processes audit confirmations and/or calculates leasing contract buyouts.
- Completes specialized customer-specific reporting.
- Resolves problems in accordance with established expectations.
- Serves as “Mission Critical Personnel” for business continuity and reduced staffing scenarios.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of Customer Service/call center experience
- Excellent attention to detail and Customer Service orientation
- Ability to solve problems and identify when to escalate issues
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate on a team
- Experience working in MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, and Excel)
