If this sounds like what you are looking for, we are currently seeking a Finance Consultant for our Neurovascular group. This position can be onsite in Irvine, California, or remote from within the United States.
A Day in the Life
As a Finance Consultant, you will provide financial and strategic support to the Neurovascular Sales Organization and the Regional Finance Leader to maximize revenue and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Implementation of revenue growth plans
- Provide financial guidance/support to the Sales Organization to help them execute revenue growth initiatives
- Lead sales organization forecast process, drive forecast accuracy
- Prepare and present monthly reviews of regional results and provide analysis
- Support the commercial sales quota setting process. Develop sales quotas to drive execution of strategic priorities
- Support commercial sales structure implementation plan to successfully execute strategic priorities
- Collaborate with Sales Systems team to optimize systems tools and reporting
Partner with sales/marketing to prepare monthly/rolling forecasts and actively participate in the IBP process - Lead regional annual operating plan revenue process
- Collaborate with Total Rewards on compensation strategies
- Engage in continuous process improvement to standardize processes and drive efficiencies
- Engage in special projects as assigned and support FP&A ad hoc analysis and presentations
- Comply with policies or governmental regulations
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- Bachelors degree required Minimum of 10 years of relevant Finance and/or Accounting experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant Finance and/or Accounting experience
Nice to Have
- MBA
- Experience with PowerBI, BOXI, SAP, and Hyperion systems
- Analytical skills
- Experience manipulating and interpreting data for decision making
- Experience collaborating across a complex matrix organization
- Experience writing and speaking in a professional setting, including giving oral presentations Experience with a global manufacturing company preferred
