Job description

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis involving revenue forecasting.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct research and gather financial data to support decision-making processes.
  • Support the manager in daily operations including tracking of client estimates, client POs, and intercompany approval documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, intermediate to excellent skills in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Education and/or Experience:
College junior or senior or recent college graduate.
