About this Position:
This role supports Parts, Service, and Technical’ s four division leads and its 80 cost center managers with budgeting, forecasting, accounting / finance, manpower tracking, capital investment along with SAP, and other corporate tasks. The team is expected to track and calculate ROI, IRR, and ROS for all activities within Parts, Service, Planning & Customer Relations, and Technical divisions. The Finance and Administration department is responsible for all tracking, monitoring, and reporting of financial matters for the operations. With over $800M in inventory and over $4B in annual sales, there are a multitude of financials that are monitored daily.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze Cost Control and Budget Reports – Analyze monthly and year-end accruals and analyze/review monthly budget variances; Submit schedules for each quarterly forecast.
- Monthly Closing - Complete and improve monthly accounting close and financial reporting activities.
- Coordinate Budget Planning and Evaluate Project Analysis - Coordinate and consolidate all divisional cost center budgets. Review budgets and notepads to identify and correct issues. Assist in analyzing annual Midterm projections. Coordinate all selling expense reductions to meet corporate objectives. Evaluate various projects and promotional programs for ROI. Prepare and reconcile billing to factories (chargeback).
- Analyze Logistics and Operations Planning – Review and ensure shopping carts (Purchase Requisitions) meet budget amounts, procurement criteria, and divisional requirements, Coordinate completion and approval of Pcard transactions.
- Prepare Ad-Hoc Analysis - Reprioritize tasks to include additional analyses requested by management or Corporate Finance.
- List of some deliverables: Monthly closing of the books, divisional expenses (internal budget reports) variance analysis, shopping cart charts, factory chargebacks, etc.
Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a global / international company with experience and knowledge in warehousing, distribution, logistics, dealership, service operations, strategic planning and/or customer relations
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot table, advanced modelling skills)
- Database query and parts specific knowledge
- Knowledge of Parts, Service, CR, Strategy and/or Technical business ops preferred
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Bus Admin/Accounting/Finance & or related fields such as operations management or math; or MBA Preferred
Desired skills:
- Planning & organizing with results orientation focus
- Strong written and oral communication, analytical and interpersonal skills required
- Handle deadlines and work independently (self-starter)

Total Rewards:
- Competitive Base Salary: $70,400 - $105,600
o Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to, geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
