Immediate entry level Investment & Accounting Analyst career opportunity available with one of the largest and oldest Investment Management corporations in the country. This position can sit in downtown Chicago, IL, New York, NY or Houston, TX

Please review the following requirements and expectations carefully:

·        Must be local to either Chicago, IL, New York, NY or Houston, TX and be required to work 3x onsite and 2x remote

·        Recent college graduate with a degree in Financial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics or any other analytical field is preferred (Masters degree is preferred)

·        College graduates should have some sort of investment related analytics work experience, through school or internships

·        Financial Modeling experience is required

·        SQL is preferred

·        Experience with validating and reviewing bond payments is preferred but not required

·        Must have strong MS Excel skills

·        Exposure to Structured Finance is a plus, but not required

·        Hourly Pay: $32.70/hr

·        Description:  

Required experience: 2-5 years experience in Structured Credit or Fixed Income products is preferred; experience in financial modeling is required; strong knowledge of SQL or an advanced reporting or modeling platform, technical platforms and systems; strong knowledge Microsoft Excel; exceptional analytical, communication, organizational and time-management skills. Exposure and ability to interpret legal documentation is preferred. VBA experience is a desired

Additional skills:

Experience in reviewing and validating bond payments is a plus, but not required

Previous experience in Corporate Trust is preferred but not required
