Overview
The selected candidate will provide Financial Analyst support and expertise, primarily focused on current fiscal year execution, to support the National Geo-spatial Agency’s (NGA) Installation Operations Office (SIO).
Responsibilities
Support the submission of funding documents including, but not limited to: purchase requests, AF-9s, AF-4009s, MIPRs, 7600As and 7600Bs, and Miscellaneous Obligation Reimbursement Documents (MORDs).
Ensure above documents are well written, properly supported, and submitted in accordance with NGA policy and procedures.
Track and report the status of these documents throughout the review and approval process (up to 10 documents at a time).
Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure transactions are completed.
Identify and communicate potential process issues and assist in their resolution.
Support tracking of department budgetary and financial records.
Review contract invoices and report any anomalies to management.
Track contract funding execution and payments including base services and above-base services.
Maintain program budgets and other financial tracking documentation.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Active TS/SCI clearance
11-14 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within related field
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
NGA requisition modernization (REQMOD), PRISM, or GEO-F system experience
Demonstrated experience working with Government funding documents
Experience with inter-agency support agreements
Experience with Government support contracts
