Financial Analyst

Requirements

- Demonstrable work experience as a Financial Analyst

- Expert in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications

- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages

- Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills

- Demonstrable knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnostics, finance corporate and information analysis

- Be knowledgeable in current financial issues, accounting, tax law, money market and business environments

- Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field

Responsibilities

- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc.) taking into account the objectives and financial situation of the company.

- Provide alternatives and creative recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial results.

- Collect and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.

- Develop financial models and perform benchmarking as well as process analysis.

- Carry out company studies on past, future and comparative performance, and develop forecast models.

- Identify trends, advise the company and recommend actions to a senior Financial Analyst based on solid analysis.

- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results versus forecasts.

- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.

- Acquire and update job knowledge to keep you informed of developments in the field.

- Collaborate with management to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making within the broader scope.

- Promote initiatives to improve processes and development of policies that affect the department.
