Job Overview:

Bailey Wealth Services, an established wealth management firm, is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Financial Advisor Trainee to join our team in Everett, WA. Our training includes valuable time in our office, sponsorship of a Series 7, and enrollment in LPL's Advisor Institute Signature Program (including two national conferences to help you quickly build your network.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information and education to clients about financial products, services, and strategies.
• Source prospective client opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Promote and coordinate established investment models and strategies that suit our clients.
• Manage all client communication, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
• Review and reallocate current investment products in clients’ accounts to meet financial objectives.
• Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies.
• Participate in advisor meetings, training sessions, and maintain continuing education requirements.
• Attend firm client events and promote the firm’s wealth enhancement planning services.

Candidate Characteristics:

• Bachelor's Degree - REQUIRED.
• Active Series 7 license with a 66 or 63 or an active 65, or the desire to acquire.
• Life, Health, and LTC Licenses, or the desire to acquire.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with an incredible sense of urgency and a strong desire to succeed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $45,000 to $120,000 per year, with the potential to increase based on performance.
