As a Financial Advisor you will work directly with individuals, business owners, and families to help them navigate and secure their financial future. As you work alongside experienced professionals, you will be a part of a team who will guide you to build a sustainable practice. You will have access to a host of tools, resources, and professionals who will develop and continually improve your skill set.
This job requires a Bachelor's Degree and permanent residency or Citizenship.
You will:
Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients
Work with clients in the areas of financial position, risk management, retirement planning, tax management, wealth accumulation, and estate planning
Drive a world-class client experience
Develop a market of clients by prospecting, networking, and engaging in community initiatives
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal & external partners and teammates
The ideal candidate:
Is passionate about financial wellness
Has a bachelor's degree in related field (required)
Is a self-starter
Desire to learn
Has an entrepreneurial mindset
Has an overall mindset of continuous enhancement
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Has a high EQ (emotional intelligence)
Embodies the highest level of professionalism
Is able to build and maintain relationships with others
Currently has the following licenses (or is willing to obtain them within the first 6 months of hire): Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66
