We bring a decade of experience delivering white-glove investment advisory services to clients on Wall Street, and now help private wealth advisors do the same for their clients.

As a Financial Advisor, you will be the owner of your own business and brand. Initiate is here to support you along the way. Whether you need admin, compliance, or marketing support, Initiate will work with you to cover all the bases. If building the biggest book faster with top-notch support for your clients and virtually zero ops or admin work sounds good to you, then let’s Initiate.

In exchange for partnering with Initiate, we will give you industry-leading Revenue Share and support you every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial assessments and analysis for clients
• Develop personalized financial plans based on clients' goals and risk tolerance
• Provide recommendations on investment strategies and asset allocation
• Monitor clients' portfolios and make adjustments as needed
• Assist clients with retirement planning, estate planning, and tax planning
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as attorneys and accountants, to provide holistic financial solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or CFA designation preferred
• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role
• Strong passion for personal growth
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio management, wealth management, and investment management
• Familiarity with wills, trusts, and estate law
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner
• Proficient in using financial software and tools

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
