We are looking to add juniors or seniors to our program who are pursuing a four-year degree. This would be a development internship to introduce the Financial Advisor career under the guidance of an experienced Financial Advisor and field leader in San Diego, CA.
Program
Student Professionals who are seeking and taking their career to the next level of business. North Star Financial will train in building a business career with the guidance and support of an experienced financial advising team along with the Field Leader. The ideal candidate for this unique opportunity has found success on sports teams as an individual contributor, team leader who thrives on sales business experience. In addition, you would have a history of making the right decision based upon your moral and ethical values. You will learn about sales and marketing in the financial services industry and what it takes to be a successful Financial Advisor. North Star uses a comprehensive 3 phase training process is designed to get you: 1) Familiar with the career 2) Fully licensed as a Financial Advisor and 3) Help you build and maintain a sustainable business.

Essential function:
- Client Database Management
- Prospecting and Marketing / List Building and Email Campaigns
- Complete Financial Advising Case Studies
- Graduate from North Star University advising courses.
