Job Title: Financial Advisor Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and organized assistant to work with a Financial Advisor in our company. The successful candidate will be responsible preparing the Financial Advisor for meetings and assisting with client servicing requests. As a Financial Advisor Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client servicing requests, including preparing reports and account paperwork
- Follow up with clients to ensure that their needs are met and their questions are answered
- Process paperwork and ensure that it is filed correctly
- Maintain client records and update the Financial Advisor on any changes or updates
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure that clients receive the best service possible
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- FINRA Series 7 license strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with financial services and products preferred
- Experience in customer service or administrative support roles preferred
