Job Title: Financial Advisor Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and organized assistant to work with a Financial Advisor in our company. The successful candidate will be responsible preparing the Financial Advisor for meetings and assisting with client servicing requests. As a Financial Advisor Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with client servicing requests, including preparing reports and account paperwork
• Follow up with clients to ensure that their needs are met and their questions are answered
• Process paperwork and ensure that it is filed correctly
• Maintain client records and update the Financial Advisor on any changes or updates
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure that clients receive the best service possible
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

• FINRA Series 7 license strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with financial services and products preferred
• Experience in customer service or administrative support roles preferred
