POSITION PURPOSE
Under the general supervision of the Business Finance Manager, the Financial Accountant is responsible for various accounting tasks such as billing, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and payroll.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Experience with CMiC and ADP preferred.
Licensure/Certification: None required.
Required Skills: Excellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills. Capable of maintaining strong relationships. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Extremely detail-oriented and precise. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
LATITUDE, CONTACTS/INTERACTIONS
All positions of AG&P Americas Inc. are part of an interdisciplinary team and, as such, participate in the care and service delivery process through effective interaction with other team members. Primarily interacts with Company staff and Vendors. Reports to the Business Finance Manager.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Frequent: standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching & climbing.
Occasional: sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, & twisting.
Visual and hearing acuity is required; Work is both inside and outside.
Some coordination work with Manila or other international locations will require outside-of-normal work hours from time to time.

- Ensures invoicing to clients is processed accurately and promptly.
- Partner with clients to collect payments according to the payment terms to achieve the DSO target
- Maintaining vendor payment register and informing the Finance Manager to pay them as per their contracts.
- Perform month-end processes like accruals and prepayments and investigate project variances.
- Assist Finance Manager in preparing Financial Location pack.
- Assist Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting.
- Demonstrates professional conduct and complies with Company policies and procedures.
- Maintains employee confidentiality.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- Prepare weekly payrolls in ADP.
- Download weekly payroll files from ADP and upload them to CMIC.
- Update Power BI dashboards weekly. Power BI training will be provided.
