In this role, you will Champion our Global Finance Strategy Organization (GFSO) by initially leading the integration of OneStream into our daily FP&A processes for the divisions and participating in other strategic initiatives.  The position will be at the forefront of change, driving improvements in our financial reporting tools and processes, and solving the challenges of our business with a customer-oriented mindset.  This individual will have high visibility to our Division CFO as well as other finance leaders.

What You Will Do:

• Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
• Creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
• Creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.

What You Have:

• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
• Financial Analysis : Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
• Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.

Additional Info :

• This position can be located in Peoria, IL or Cary, NC
• This role is a full time, Hybrid position and currently requires 3 days a week in office
• Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify
• Sponsorship is not available
• International and Domestic travel up to 25%
