Finance Summer Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join our dynamic Finance team! This is a full time, 12 weeklong internship open to college juniors and above. The ideal intern should have a keen interest in Finance and Accounting and are looking to enhance their skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. This opportunity is an in-office role, located in Miramar, FL.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial Analysis:
  
  • Assist in analyzing financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide valuable insights.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Data Management and Reporting:
  
  • Support the team in collecting, organizing, and interpreting financial data for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare and present reports to assist in decision-making processes.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
  
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Ad Hoc Projects:
  
  • Participate in special projects as assigned: providing analytical support and contributing to project goals.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, & Skills required)

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Must be at least a Junior in a bachelor's program or enrolled in a master's or post-secondary program.
• Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
• Available for the full 12-week program, 40 hours per week.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a genuine interest in using data and metrics to shape business decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and an understanding of databases and visualization software (e.g., PowerBI, SQL, DAX).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
