IGT's Finance Rotation Program incubates future business leaders through exposure to our three-year program consisting of three rotations that build intellectual horsepower, drive for results, and self-awareness. Each rotation will span one year. During these three year program you will be exposed to different organizations such as: Accounting, FP&A (Global, Lottery, Gaming and Digital), Supply Chain & Services, Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, Investor Relations and Treasury, which will enable analysts to build competencies across a spectrum of subjects including foundational learning, risk assessment, modeling, business processes, data analysis, and an understanding of IGT as a corporation. This program helps build the future nance leaders of IGT and give analysts a strong foundation in the business world.
Through on-the-job learning, formal training and mentorship, the Finance Rotation Program oers participants the opportunity to explore a diverse set of organizations, experiences, skills, and competencies that will hone their nancial and business acumen while accelerating their careers.
The interview process is expected to commence in the fall of 2023, with offers expected by the end of 2023. The 2024 cohort begins June 2024. After completing the three-year program, analysts graduate and move into a permanent role within the nance organization.
While rotations dier from one to another, each rotation allows analysts to build business partnership, business acumen, and personal leadership skills through a variety of opportunities. With progression into subsequent rotations, analysts will strengthen their skills and knowledge and continue acquiring new and more complex prociencies. Upon completion of the three rotations, the analyst will have accelerated their professional growth and developed a very strong network across the company.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related elds.
- 0-3 years related accounting/nancial analysis experience, preferred.
- Progressive attitude and strong analytical skills in relation to new technology and changing environments.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and enhanced PC skills with Microsoft Oce applications.
- Strong ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Commitment to three-year program.
- Must be a team player, exible with work assignments, and rotational placements.
