What You Will Do

As a Finance Project Manager you will participate in a successful SAP implementation with a high level of satisfaction and acceptability across all business hierarchies from top management to end-users

  • Oversee needed business transformation work: Works closely with the various Functional Groups and GQO manufacturing organizations to develop standardized global SAP business processes related to Record to Report. The role requires a clear understating of the Financial processes like Org Structure, AP/AR, General ledger, Financial period end closing, Fixed assets, Financial report etc.

  • Benchmarks relevant sectors to identify industry best practice and identifies innovative and effective solutions

  • Documenting details of “As-Is” business processes

  • Problem solves with the needs of the end customer in consideration, ensuring solutions deliver and enhance their experience.

  • Approve To-Be business processes in alignment with the company’s culture, environment, and processes

  • Monitoring the performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of specific core business processes

  • Identify, document, and test new business process scenarios on SAP

  • Program manages the related implementation plan to ensure the solution is project managed effectively, delivered on time and within cost. Supports Team members and stakeholders to ensure they identify risks, contingency plans and collaborates for effective engagement and performance.

  • Works closely with the various facilities to ensure adoption of the system, ensure business process redesign and standardization, helps to build capacities throughout the organization and anticipate and engender cultural changes that ensure successful implementation.

  • Ensure change management is being effectively planned and managed and that stakeholder engagement, communication, and all levels of required training is being effectively executed. Ensure the change management is fully integrated into the related business process deployment planning and rollout strategy and plan.

  • Inputs accurate cost projections for CERs and ensures all projects are delivered within budget

  • Deliver training as required

  • Acts as coach/mentor to team members

  • All other duties as assigned

What You Need

  • Bachelors degree required

  • 8+ years of related experience

$95,100 - $204,000 plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
