Bosak is currently looking for an experienced Automotive Dealership Finance Manager for our store in Michigan City

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all guest loan origination/approval
• Presents products to guests while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index
• Completes all transactions and purchase contract materials
• Maintains accurate product information
• Determines customer needs for finance and payment options
• Presents all products to each customer
• Provides recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Maintain a high performance in Menu Selling and PVR
• Has and maintains an acceptable record with CIT
• Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options
• Present service contracts, GAP and other beneficial programs
• Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship
• Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service

Education and/or Experience

• CDK experience a plus!
• Acceptable record with CIT
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License
