Finance Manager - Normandale Wafer Operations

About our group:
The Wafer Operations finance team provides finance and business support to the Wafer factory operations team across two locations - Minnesota, USA, and Springtown Northern Ireland. The team is part of a global finance team that also supports Seagate operations in China, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. The wafer manufacturing and design process is integral to Seagate's efforts towards providing the most cutting edge, efficient and dependable data storage products.
About the role - you will:

• Mentor, develop and manage the Normandale (NRM) finance team to meet objectives.
• Act as the finance business partner to the NRM Operations Vice-President.
• Structure the finance team to effectively support and partner the team of Operations directors at both sites.
• Work with the finance Lead of Wafer operations and the finance consolidation team, agreeing targets and providing insight and explanations for actual and forecasted performance.
• Oversee preparation of monthly management accounts, outlooks and quarterly budgets.
• Perform insightful scenario modelling and capital investment appraisals.

• Accounting with significant previous experience within a professional, corporate or similar environment.

You might also have:

• Experience working with teams across different time zones.
• Experience in the use of SAP, Tableau and Microsoft Office.

Location: Bloomington, MN; On-site / Hybrid Option - 3 days office / 2 days from home.
