The Fixed Wing team is seeking a Finance Manager to support the business team. This manager responsible for IRST Cost Management team, Strategic pursuits with interface to Estimating team and Financial Management Reporting for IRST scope includes cost analysts and student staffing.Responsibilities include oversight of day-to-day program financial activities, performing all cost management duties for the active contracts, and will be responsible for leading, reviewing and coordinating the quarterly program CSR / OS&P financial reporting process. Serves as the liaison to program management and functional leads for financial information, analysis, and reports for all IRST contracts. Provides interface for program to functional business organizations including LM FP&A/accounting and coordination with Fixed Wing business teams. Responsible for program level training supporting skill set and individual growth for the team members.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or related discipline from an accredited college

- Experience Managing CSRs, LRP and Monthly Financial Reviews with multiple contract types and scope
- Extensive knowledge of MFC Financial Tools
- Experience Implementing and reviewing DFAR EVMS Business Rhythm, with compliant customer reports to include IPMRs, CFSRs, CSDRs
- Executive Presence demonstrated ability to recommend solutions and present to MFC senior/executive leadership as well as customer interfaces.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:
