Primary Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Lead the FP&A process including: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost center expenses, management presentations.
- Support the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings on a timely basis under IFRS regulations and APG consolidation requirements
- Support the Supply Chain, Manufacturing COGS and Operational expenses analysis and correct allocation by Profit/Cost centers.
- Partner with business areas and analyze key projects and initiatives, including ROI analysis, breakeven, KPI’s analysis, Capex investments, new product launches.
- Lead key systems, projects and ERP changes / implementation / administration. Support merger integration initiatives.
- Develop and administer internal finance procedures and policies that align with IFRS and APG standards
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
[Qualifications]
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field is required with 5+ years of experience as a FP&A and/or Accounting lead.
- Professional certifications and/or advanced degree (CFA, CMA, CPA, MBA) preferred
- Experience supporting Omnichannel sales processes, including Direct to Consumer, Wholesale retail and other key commercial areas.
- Super-user experience with NetSuite (Oracle), Solution7, Batchmaster (SAP One), SAP and other sophisticated ERP systems required.
- Expert user of Excel, Access, SQL, VBA and data-warehousing required.
- Working knowledge of IFRS along with other accounting and cost control principles
- Solid understanding of Activity Based Costing, average and/or STD Costing, Supply chain and S&OP processes preferred
- Experience leading teams, including remotely managing members
- Multi-territory and international business experience preferred
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills along with an analytical/technical mindset. Can effectively interact with a board spectrum on employees and stakeholders.
- Fluent in Korean preferred.
- Can develop solutions, build business processes, link data & information, develop analytical tools, and continuously improve upon the current state.
- Self-motivated team player that will work flexible hours as needed, until the job is done
- Must be hands on, maintain a direct link to business areas in a flexible fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail and properly handling confidential financial information.
