Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Manage risk by identifying potential financial issues and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business development initiatives and provide financial analysis for decision-making.
- Supervise a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain a strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and ensure compliance in all financial activities.

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in investment management and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in financial report writing and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
