Overview:
The purpose of this position is to provide complex research, system data management/analysis, reporting, and coordination of data to support D&T business operations. Working on a support team that handles escalations when a user doesn’t get what they need or know who to contact regarding MyBuy platform.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Assists in collection, aggregation and input of data
- Respond to tickets requesting support by routing to appropriate escalation and/or resolving issue on own.
- Manipulating data in Excel for analysis and reporting
- Helping users to understand how to get invoices paid
- Performs periodic data audits and change reports to ensure that quantity and quality of our data is top notch.
- Assists by pulling reporting and analyzing anomalies or errors.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business related field
Interview Process:
- 1 Round – 1st Video w/HM and 1 or 2 other managers

Salary: $40.00 - $44.20 per hour
