Inside the Role
Position serves as a key Business Partner to the Aftermarket Service Products team. The primary responsibilities of this position is the analysis, planning and reporting of the Aftermarket Service Products Income Statement, controlling lead on product launches, pricing reviews, and financial systems. The position is in constant contact with the ASP team and requires close collaboration with Business Partners at all levels.

Position offers a starting salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to the Aftermarket and Business Unit Leadership Teams
  • Engage with the business to identify emerging issues, risks and opportunities; establish countermeasures as necessary
  • Develop operating plans and periodic forecasts for Aftermarket Service Products team including income statement, FOH and Capex while ensuring spend is within plan targets and supported by clear business objectives
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Accounting to ensure adherence to IFRS
  • Document and implement effective internal control processes and procedures
  • Comply with KPMG audit requirements
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and eliminate activities not related to DTNA objectives
  • Ad Hoc projects as needed
  • Build a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion

Knowledge You Should Bring
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, finance or business from an accredited college/university
  • 5-7 years of controlling or related work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to present to senior management in brief and concise format
  • Produce timely, accurate and aesthetically appealing financial decks
  • Self-motivated to perform at the highest level and product the best deliverables
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, quickly changing environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team, and/or as an individual contributor to manage projects

Exceptional Candidates Might Have
  • Master's or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • General understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles and standards
  • SAP/cbFC, OWL, Cognos and Tableau, advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Financial and Operational knowledge of extended coverage or other contract maintenance
