Our company is looking for an Accounting Associate, that enjoys the work they do, to join our team to work with our in-house accouting department. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and accounting processes, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. The Accounting Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing financial documents. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, but fun, environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other documents.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
• Perform data entry and filing duties.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide customer service in a professional manner.
• Assist with other office tasks as needed.
