JOB SUMMARY: The Finance Associate supports OpCo operations and collaborates with SBS to resolve exceptions and issues, handling local payments, deposits, managing petty cash, will call transactions, scanning documentation, and ensuring local regulatory compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Depositing cash/manual payments
- Scanning checks, remittances, and customer documents
- Managing petty cash fund
- Scanning invoices and receiving packets
- Reporting quality control issues
- Collaborating on supplier credit claims
- Maintaining regulatory compliance
- Handling will call transactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma
- 2+ years finance/admin experience
- Ability to write reports and speak effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel
Physical Demands:
- Job involves sitting, standing, walking, using computer and telephone
- Occasionally lifting and moving up to 20 pounds
