Summary
This internship is designed to be both educational and practical. In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills she or he may have acquired in school and apply them in a professional setting. He or she will gain a better understanding of the role that Finance can play in a manufacturing setting and be better prepared to work in the arena of accounting.
Expectations
Coordinate annual budgeting as well as driving the forecasting and planning within Polyplex USA. Will work across the functional departments to drive business results. Source appropriate tools & resources to support the customer service representatives. Daily sales order check, review and approval in the system to rid of potential errors on accounts. Spearhead special assignments as given by Manager.

- Procurement/ Customer Service
2.1
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report for Senior leadership team of Polyplex USA and Corporate leadership team

Providing help on solving customer service representative’s process related issues
2.3
Customer credit management, evaluating customer future business potential and developing action plans to mitigate potential risk
2.4
Preparing monthly operational planning report to discuss with all key functional heads

Analyze market data and monitor business conditions relating to the external markets and driving results relating to key performance indicators.

Analyze the operation performance and put forth recommendations based on variance analysis for Manager
3.3
Analyze competitive action and prepare counter competitive strategy to win the business and market share

Ideal Incumbent profile
Education
In process for Bachelors’ degree for Accounting or Finance. Must be within the 3rd or 4th year of study.
