You might be an excellent candidate for this opportunity if you have experience in accounting, retail, customer service, hospitality, automotive industry, Toyota, Ford, Volkswagen (VW), sales; have performed roles similar to Sales, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Office Administrator, Customer Service Representative, Client Care, Business Development, Banker Advisor, Analyst.
All offers of employment contingent on background check (7-years) and non-DOT pre-employment drug screening.
Per Montana state law, employment subject to 1-year probationary period.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Full-Time
- Monday through Saturday - midweek day and Sundays off
- Shift May Vary: 8-4, 9-5, 10-6
- $18-$23 per hour ($2,900 - $4,000 monthly)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Process sales transaction paperwork
- Ensure the accuracy of paperwork and documents
- Ensure timeliness of paperwork and document preparation
- Submit all necessary paperwork to various lending institutions and follow up with transactions/lenders to confirm timely and accurate funding
- Report all New and Certified Pre-Owned vehicles within Ford's system sold
- Provide support to management staff when necessary
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Type a minimum of 55 words per minute
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess, or ability to posses, and maintain Notary Public certification
- Interest in Data and Analytics desired
