Job Summary:Final Assembly technicians are experts in the installation of hardware and electronics on all our amplifier models. They have a complete understanding of how our amps are assembled according to our internal specifications.

Essential Functions:

· The installation of amplifier hardware and electronics.

· Ensuring that each amp is built according to the correct internal design specifications.

· Ensuring amps and speakers are ready for final testing.

· Handles a variety of hand tools.

· Maintaining a safe and clean workspace consistent with our 5S standards.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Previous experience working with hand, power, or pneumatic tools.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to recognize the quality of parts used, and visual inspection of final product.

· Teamwork and project management skills combined with ability to work as part of a team.

· Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Able to proactively question and challenge to prioritize and identify solutions in timely manner.

Education and Experience:

· Results oriented and driven, with a track record for delivering to plan.

· Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands:

· Must be able to stand all day and lift up to 30lbs frequently.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
