Essential Duties andResponsibilities
- Set-up and run at least (1) work cells with proper tools and equipment per work instructions.
- Reviewing shelf life of conformal coatings and thinners prior to usage while demonstrating proper handling precautions when using.
- Follow requirements for 1st piece inspection and in-process audits.
- Follow proper techniques in operation of HPLV spray gun and measuring “wet” film thickness.
- Follow coating requirements in performing inspections and touch-up of conformal coatings per manufacturing instructions.
- Follow ITAR procedures.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
- Computer skills for Inventory control methods, tool identification, locating and understanding work instructions.
- Capable of identifying types of conformal coating, cure schedule and coating requirements from steps in manufacturing instructions.
- Math skills to ensure correct ratios are used in mixing coatings.
- Passing the Respiratory Testing and Fit Test Initially and Annually.
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to otherwise move objects.
Constantly reach, lift, grasp, talk, hear 90-100% of the time; frequently stand, walk, finger, feel, and do repetitive motion 60-90% of the time; Occasionally balance, push, and pull 30-60%
Visual Acuity: The Team member is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities for operation of machines, including visual inspection, using measurement devices; and/or assembly of parts at distances close to the eyes. Ability or increased ability to see color, or perceive color differences, under normal lighting conditions.
Work Environment: The Team member is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not room temperature changes, there is sufficient noise to cause the worker to increase volume to be heard above ambient noise level. Team Member is required to wear safety glasses on a constant basis 90-100% of the time.
