Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Newark, DE. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- This is an entry-level role that will provide training and the opportunity to work for a global company with a highly regulated work environment.
- A production worker completes a wide variety of production and manufacturing-related tasks in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas.
- This role will be involved in manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits.
- Position needs the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats, and safety shoes.
- The client will be provided with PPE.
- Operate fill production manufacturing equipment.
- Inspect and package the finished product.
- Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities.
- Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues.
- Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written.
- Comply with quality systems and regulatory agencies FDA, ISO, and OSHA.
- Follow all area safety rules and procedures.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $19.00 / hr.
Hours: 40 hrs/Week- 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
Length: CONTRACT (12 Months)

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas
- Experiences in FDA Regulated Facilities, Production/Manufacturing environment, Manufacturing equipment operation, Good Documentation Practices, Good manufacturing practices, PC Skills (MS Office Software, Outlook, Word, Documentum)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Problem Solving and troubleshooting
- Strong communicator
- Team player
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- Individuals need to sit or stand for long periods.
- Position requires lifting materials to 50 lbs.
- Based on business needs individuals need to work overtime or be asked to modify their work hours.
