Fill Operator 2

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operator 2 to join our team. This is a critical role that requires working independently, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operation and adherence to quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and warehouse, to coordinate production activities
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of packaging operations, including assembly, machining, and forklift operation
• Familiarity with basic math calculations for measuring ingredients or materials
• Proficient in quality control procedures and able to perform inspections according to established protocols
• Experience working in a warehouse setting, including inventory management and material handling
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain cleanliness in the production area

Skills:

• Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to train, guide, and motivate team members
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
• Must be able to stand for the duration of 8 hours
• Must be able to lift a min of 25lb.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
