SalaryNorth Suffolk is looking for a Filing Clerk to join our team! The Filing Clerk assists the Accounts Payable Manager and the Rep Payee Manager in the filing of all accounts payable bills, reimbursement requests, and rep payee check requests and budgets in an accurate and timely manner. This is a great part-time opportunity for high school students!
Hours: 10-12 hours/week, Salary: $17/hour
What You’ll Do:
- File all accounts payable bills, reimbursement requests, and rep payee check requests and budgets records away in alphabetical or numerical order.
- Assist AP Manager and Rep Payee manager with copying, mailings, other, as necessary.
- Maintain an up to date filing system, with all filing complete by week end. The filing system should allow supervisors to easily obtain information.
- Work with paper documents, and do routine tasks like organization, cross-referencing, scanning, copying and retrieval.
What You’ll Need:
- No experience / entry level, will train.
- Attention to detail.
- Take direction well.
- Be able to maintain a professional relationship with fellow employees.
