Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY - Oversee, manage, and repair warrantable issues for homeowners as well as subcontractors and notify senior warranty managers when homeowner or house issues need to be escalated.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CUSTOMER SERVICE - Discern between emergencies, 30‐day repairs, one‐year warranty items, and items not covered by the Home Buyers Warranty. Work with other company personnel in performing warranty walks; coordinate and follow‐up with subcontractors to complete repairs in a timely manner. Ensure completion of all 30‐day walkthrough items within a timely manner and to the homeowner’s delight. Ensure completion of all 11‐month warranty walkthrough items within a timely manner and to the homeowner’s delight.
2. WARRANTY - Understand and reference the limited Home Buyers Warranty coverage, and be able to address homeowners about coverage and limitations. Be able to perform a wide array of repairs to include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, equipment, light carpentry, etc. Be able to perform and conduct 30‐day and 11‐month walkthroughs with company personnel and homeowners. Evaluate warranty items and consult with appropriate company personnel and subcontractors to create solutions, which will eliminate or reduce recurring construction flaws.

4. CONTRACTS AND SUBCONTRACTORS - Read and know all subcontractor scopes of work and contractual obligations. Ensure that subcontractors maintain compliance with scope and contract in regards to warranty.
JOB DESCRIPTION - This position requires 100% travel throughout the state with occasional overnight stays.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Prefer experience in one‐on‐one interactions with customers.
Experience prioritizing multiple tasks while producing high quality results.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and follow‐through.
Valid Driver’s License.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
