Form of workCurrent jobsite is in Waxahachie, but travel around the United States for projects after completion is REQUIRED
Job Responsibilities:
- Field observation and testing during placement of construction materials including soils, concrete, asphalt, masonry, reinforcing steel, and grout
- Soil and concrete laboratory experience
Required Skills/Experience:
- High School degree
- Valid Driver's license
- Possess good oral, written, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to perform rudimentary mathematic computations
- Attentive to detail
- Interest in working outdoors on construction sites
- Candidates must be able to lift 50-75 pounds on an occasional basis and be physically able to negotiate construction sites, climb ladders, and work outside
- Construction experience is preferred, but not required
- Travel required
Other Requirements:
- Ability to pass a background check which may include criminal history, motor vehicle record and credit check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
Compensation: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
