Interns will gain knowledge and experience through exciting and real-life learning opportunities. Interns must work in accordance with DTNA's core values of passion, respect, integrity and discipline. Internship positions can be located at various DTNA locations across the US. We are looking for high performing and motivated individuals in various areas within DTNA organizations. DTNA internships begin each summer in May or June.
Interns in this role may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position subject to manager evaluations and business availability.
In this position, interns will provide technical guidance, support, and aid training of users of the CHEC tool. This position acts as a Digital Experience liaison to multiple DTNA departments in regards to CHEC tool use and emerging needs. This position will also communicate vocational Truck Equipment Manufacturers' support needs to DTNA engineering and service, as well as providing support to them during the upfit process.

Salary placement is determined by your anticipated graduation year and ranges between $21 - $30 per hour.

What You Drive at DTNA
- Actively contribute and be a part of exciting projects that drive the future within the Daimler Trucks North America organization
- Cross functionally work with various departments to create a collaborative environment
- Be an ambassador to Daimler's inclusive and diverse culture initiatives
- Develop and test custom logic solutions to be implemented on Vocational customer products
- Add and Develop over the air testing capability on test bench
- Develop Test Suite for over the air functionality
- Secondary point of contact for the Truck Equipment Manufacturer's, dealers, and customers as it relates to CHEC and custom parameter development.
- Clarify, define and develop technical requirements for custom parameter capabilities and features.
- Support validation of CHEC tool capabilities and features prior to service deployment.
Support working with Customer Assistance Center, Vocational Sales, and partner TEM's to integrate CHEC.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's/PhD Program from an accredited college/university or have graduated within the last 12 months.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Creative mindset
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
