Field Supervisor

R3 Roofing & Exteriors primarily operates within the commercial and residential storm restoration Industry. We are a growing organization in a booming industry! Our people-first approach is the key to our success, and yours! We are hiring a Field Supervisor for our Quad Cities, IA market. This market services Quad Cities and surrounding towns. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take advantage of this opportunity!

Experience is preferred but is not required.

What your day typically looks like:

• Take materials to job sites from suppliers when necessary

• Manage the job site the day of the build

• Handle customer concerns throughout the build

• Take photos before, during, and after the build

• Perform the final inspection

• Pick up materials or schedule material pick up

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday day shift
• Possible Saturday's (pending the workload)
