Advantage Contractor Solutions has been providing new residential home builders HVAC equipment, ductwork, and services for the past 9 years. We are very proud of our client list, which includes many of the prestigious top-quality home builders such as DR Horton, Pulte Homes, Lennar, Toll Brothers, and Shodeen! Our installations total OVER 10,000 homes in suburban Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin. We supply, install, and service the major furnace and air conditioning manufacturers.
We're currently looking for an experienced Field Supervisor / Final Production Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for directing a team of HVAC equipment installation technicians, commissioning technicians, and service technicians to new home construction projects. This position will oversee equipment installation, commissioning, and service scheduling, as well as oversee equipment installation, commission, and service standards.
Pay Scale: This is a salaried position starting at $70,000 yearly and up depending on experience + Benefits

Essential Job Duties:
- Manage a team of equipment installers, commissioning technicians, and service technicians
- Oversee scheduling of Residential New Home Construction (RNC) trims, commissioning, and builder warranty services
- Assist with RNC Trims, Commissioning, and Builder Warranty services as needed
- Oversee a team to maintain RNC quality standards
- Assist Division Manager and Field Manager with the implementation of new processes and quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior technicians
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in residential HVAC rough, trim, and/or service. Focus on equipment installation, commissioning & service preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience managing technicians
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management skills
- EPA Certification
- Ability to ascertain the root cause of a problem and find workable solutions
