Key Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and overseeing security operations for a National Account in Auburn Hill, Michigan.
- Responsible for managing a team of security professionals, ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed, and providing regular reports to clients and senior management.
- Responsible for all onsite training within the compliance of the site-specific SOP.
- Work closely with clients to understand their security needs and develop customized security solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Serves as the key point of contact for client management to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for assigned account.
- Assure communication of policies, company announcements, and post orders are provided and understood by entire staff on site.
- Ability to initiate any necessary corrective action in a timely manner for all infraction with staff.
- Responsible for ensuring post orders and client directives are satisfactorily being followed.
- Conduct periodic inspections of all posts to evaluate the performance of security staff.
- Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
- Ensure continuous training and coaching is being done daily with security staff.
- Ensures adherence to and enforces all applicable laws, regulatory statutes, and company policies/procedures within the scope of his/her authority.
Qualifications:
- Must have (2) years of security Supervisory experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
