ABOUT:
Field Services Technician. Traveling to sites each day in the entire South/South of Seattle (Tacoma-Renton). Driving 75-100 miles/day. Traditional PC Tech/Hardware/Field Tech role handling related issues at a wide variety of locations. Home base is your home.
Description:
-Ample printer troubleshooting experience; mechanical, electrical and physical
-2+ years of experience troubleshooting IT hardware including laptops, desktops, POS systems
-Exceptional customer service skills; this position is end user facing
-Comfortable and willing to drive long distances (with their own vehicle) to fulfill this role; technicians on this team average ~75-100 miles/day. Mileage is reimbursed.
x2 positions - one position will support South Seattle (Bellevue/Renton/Tukwila to Eatonville) and the 2nd position will support North Seattle (Bothell to Canada).
• The physical de-install move and reinstall of a PC device that is currently installed and connected to a network.
• On site Desk-side Software Support solutions enable an end‑to‑end approach, including options for customizing your support plan to address any unique client service level requirements. Examples include operating system reloading, device re-imaging, onsite support, and virus support, on-site installation, data migration, disk sanitation.
• Visit multiple customer sites per day installing/replacing/repairing equipment in a predefined route, potentially spanning multiplicities and/or states.
• Would be responsible for correct installation, customer satisfaction, equipment and vehicle safety and a timely and accurate installation schedule.
