Job Overview:
If you are chosen for this opportunity, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to the preservation of properties owned by our customers. You will ensure each property is maintained in accordance with all local, state, and federal guidelines and the guidelines and requests of the investor.
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Build and manage relationships with vendor partners through all means of communication to promote accountability, quality, and efficiency.
- Assign, monitor, and review property work orders from start to finish, ensuring that a top-quality product is being completed and delivered to the customer in a timely fashion and within cost guidelines.
- Address all vendor partner inquiries from inbound/outbound calls, emails, and system notes.
- Communicate professional, specific order updates to customers, management, and vendor partners.
- Ensure that vendors partners understand and complete the full scope of assignment through review of engagement letters, stand operating procedures and examination of requirements.
- Counsel and coach vendors partners to remediate concerns and alleviate future issues.
- Track status of work orders to ensure that consistent and streamlined progress is being made.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
