Field Service Technician - Cryogenics

What you will enjoy doing

• You will support customer operations and troubleshooting including paid start-ups and paid service calls
• Furthermore, you will support system test operations and troubleshooting at the factory test stand
• Record keeping for all equipment tested on the test stand and test stand operations records, such as gas usage records is part of this role, as well to check accuracy of engineering documentation used for testing operations
• Support Spare Parts inquiries and sales is required in this role
• You will provide information for preparing service quotations

What makes you great

• You have three years’ experience in servicing and troubleshooting HVAC and refrigeration systems, plus helium refrigeration servicing and troubleshooting (Preferred)
• In addition you have basic knowledge of refrigeration system operation, vacuum technology, and leak detection techniques
• Knowledge of the manufacturing processes for refrigeration and liquefication systems. (Helium preferred) suit your profile
• You are able to compile technical information for input into engineering/service documentation
• You must work well with colleagues, customers, and the manufacturing team
• Good written and verbal communication skills are required
